Planning permission has been granted for external works and the extension / refurbishment of the existing workshops and offices. This is to include the modification of access routes, car parking and concrete slab works. Internally there is to be a new mezzanine floor to incorporate workshop, kitchens, toilets, and office expansion. All areas are requiring fitting out and M & E works.
