We are always looking to progress the continuous professional development of all our staff. We operate a personalised graduate development scheme, with opportunities for sponsored Masters degrees, ICE Chartership and partnered research projects at Birmingham University.
All of our Site Supervisors are qualified to SMSTS, SSSTS or NVQ standards. Operatives are trained to a minimum CSCS accreditation and all operatives receive additional health & safety training. with all plant operators holding the necessary accreditation. We employ apprentice plant fitters and are early adoptors of the Federation of Piling Specialists’ apprenticeship scheme.
The knowledgeable back up team in our offices ensure that our contracts run as smoothly as possible, from initial contact through to final completion.
We operate a programme of periodic medical surveillance and all site staff receive regular medical assessments in accordance with the Constructing Better Health scheme.
